How to shop

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

1. From the left hand menu select either a category, Shop by Designer, New In, Laden Loves, See Now Buy Now or Laden Look.

2. Once you are on the product page click on a product you would like to view in more detail. If you are on the Laden Look page you click on the outfit you like and the entire look is added to your shopping bag where you can select your size before making your final purchase.

3. Once you have found an item you would like to purchase select your size, colour and quantity and click 'add to shopping bag'. To add more products select 'continue shopping'.

4. If you would like to review the items in your shopping bag click on the 'shopping bag' link at the top right hand side of the page. You can use the 'remove item' button to delete items from your shopping bag.

5. When you have finished shopping 'proceed to checkout' and follow the simple instructions.

 YOUR ACCOUNT

It is essential that you register your details with us before you make a purchase. This helps to:
    * Speed up the ordering process
    * Track your order and review past purchases
    * Shop without entering your address details


We will not send you marketing emails unless you decide to sign up to our newsletter and join our mailing list. You can unsubscribe at any time. We do not pass your details on to other companies.

Forgotten Passwords
If you have forgotten your password you can request a password reminder or contact our Customer Service Team and ask them to reset it for you.

Why has my card been declined?
Please contact your bank to find out why your card has been declined.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept our branded account cards, Switch/Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard and Paypal.

What is your exchange rate for overseas orders?
If you are based outside of the UK please choose to pay in your own currency. You will be informed of the exact amount so there are no surprises on your bill.

How do I change details on my account?
You can change details at any time. Just log into your account and change any of the information that is listed.
